NO QUESTIONS ASKED MEANS NO QUESTIONS ASKED: We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. Everyone at Pro Wood Market is committed to making sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. If your product is not what you expected, you are free to return it within 30 days of the date you received product(s) at your shipping address, no questions asked. We have a generous return policy, but all sales are considered final and non-returnable after 30 days. Custom orders, Special discounted products , and Volume priced orders are non-refundable once production has begun. Shipping Fees are non-refundable on all orders once the product(s) have been shipped. You may return all standard products if they have never been installed and are in good condition for refund or store credit.

How do I return?

What items are returnable?

  • If they have never been installed
  • Undamaged items in good, resalable condition.

What items are non-refundable?
